Returns Made Easy
All items that are eligible must be returned within 30 days of purchase with original tag.
All SALE items, jewelry, or personalized items are not eligible to be returned.
Any clothing items that appears to have been worn or has stains or smoke/pet odor, are not eligible to be returned.
Damaged Items -
If you receive what appears to be a damaged item, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your item. Contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will discuss the matter with you and take care of it.
Exchanges - There is no easy way to do an exchange, unless you come into our store and we have the size you need on hand. If you have ordered a size that does not work for you but would like another size, please return the item for a full refund to your card, and place a new order online for the size you want.
Refunds - We do not issue in-store credit. You will be issued a refund to your credit card for the item you returned, if it complies with our return policy.
Returning an Item - Return to: Main Street Boutique 8690 Apple Road Bourbon, IN 46504, and ship in the original container, if possible. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If you are local, contact us at the email address below and schedule a return at the store.
